Administrative Rules Promulgation
The State Board is in the process of changing and updating the Administrative Rules to remove duplicate language and implement the changes that SB2268 require. The proposed revisions to Title 28 are available here. The Full Notice of Intent to Amend Administrative Rules is also available. A public hearing on the proposed rule changes has been scheduled for April 6, 2010 at the Ramkota Hotel, Governor's Room in Bismarck, ND. A printed copy of the proposed rules is also available by contacting the Board office at 701-258-0786 or via email at contact@ndpelsboard.org.
2009 Digest of Laws
The 2009 version of the Digest of Laws is now available. This version contains a compilation of North Dakota Century Code statutes that are relevant to the practice of Professional Land Surveying. Attorney General opinions and case law will be added at a later date.
